Jeanne Sutton is an emerging Irish writer and the 2025 winner of the John McGahern Award. Her short fiction has been published in the literary journals Banshee and the minnesota review and shortlisted for the Bournemouth Writing Prize. She was the recipient of The Ireland Funds Monaco Spring 2026 bursary, which enabled her to be a Writer-in-Residence at the Princess Grace Irish Library in Monte Carlo. She was also awarded a Tipperary Artist Award 2026 by Tipperary County Council (Arts Office).
