Jenny Cox is a Writer, Poet and Creative Projects and Writing Workshop Facilitator living in the foothills of Sliabh na mBan in County Tipperary. Inspired by human interactions and the natural world around her, Jenny enjoys combining her love of writing and poetry with her work. She has been working in the Literary Arts space since 2019.
As the inaugural Poet in Residence for the South Tipperary Arts Centre, Clonmel, Jenny facilitates 'Word Sparks', a perennial series of free-flow writing sessions designed to engage writers with diverse and thought-provoking works of art to spark writing ideas.
Jenny also facilitates group writing workshops both online and in-person. Her workshops are carefully curated to provide participants with a supportive, non-hierarchical space to enjoy writing and sharing their responses to varied prompts.
In November 2025, Jenny completed her Facilitator Training to become an AWA Certified Affiliate deepening her understanding of the AWA method and her ability to facilitate in a supportive and inclusive manner.
To date, Jenny has self-published ‘a life to be lived’ debut poetry collection in 2023, and ‘The Wild Scribes: Poetry, Insights, Encouragement’, a collaborative collection of poetry and writing insights published with Revival Press, 2026.
